Generally, the services include 30 minutes of additional time to be allowed on site! Example: 1 hour 30 minutes including 1 hour on horseback, i.e. 20 minutes to get equipped, mount the horse, welcome etc. and 1 full hour on horseback then about 10 minutes to dismount, give apples and carrots if brought back, etc.
